Individual employee responses to the strategic surveys are strictly confidential and are not available to anyone outside the research team. For this reason, County and department management were only provided summary reports. In order to protect the confidentiality of individuals, no information or statistics were released to management that would enable them to identify individuals or link particular responses to individuals.
